Delivery/Shipping

Most of our products are sent via Evri or Royal Mail.

Hayz Creations reserves the right to use a courier service of our choice.

For personalised designs we will send over images for approval before printing on the products to ensure you are fully satisfied with what you will receive. Please look out for emails with the email you have provided to prevent any delays in the processing times.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery service, we will not issue refunds based on late delivery by the postal courier service.

We accept no liability for any delays beyond our control, which include, but are not limited to; couriers delay, postal service delay or festive periods

Delivery options 

Standard Delivery- Orders will be made within 1-2 business days (not including Bank holidays or weekends) plus 2-4 days for delivery- Standard Postage costs - £3.29

Express Delivery- Orders will be made within 1 business day (not including Bank holidays or weekends) Plus 1-2 days for delivery- Express postage cost -£4.99
